MEETING MINUTES

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C Snyder for meeting to come to order at 5:59 pm.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Snyder to waive reading of last month’s minutes.

Motion made by C. Siver and seconded by C. Crossett to accept minutes as written.

Motion made by. C. Siver and seconded by C. Crossett to accept reports.

Motion made by C. Snyder and seconded by C. Siver to pay bills.
General #56-64 in the amount of $2,360.57
Highway #69-84 in the amount of $59,575.80

The town is looking at other towns noise ordinances, maybe we can model theirs.
Something like week days 11pm – 7am quiet times
Weekends midnight – 8 am. No loud music, parties, lawn mowers etc.
We will continue to work on this.

Howard updated board on culvert on Gage Road. He asked around to see if there were any grants to do this project, there is not.

The new furnace at the rec. hall has been installed. We will have Snyder fuel pump the tanks out.
The tank needs to be dug up and disposed of. Talk of hiring Brad Weakley to do this took place.
