MEETING MINUTES

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Siver for meeting to come to order at 6:01 pm.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Siver to waive reading of last month’s minutes.

Motion made by C. Siver and seconded by C. Wares to accept minutes as written.

Motion made by. C. Wares and seconded by C. Siver to accept reports.

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Snyder to pay bills.

General #41- 46 in the amount of $3,223.19

Highway #47- 59 in the amount of $30,207.70

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Siver to adjourn meeting at 6:30pm,

To go into executive session.

Motion made by C. Crossett and seconded by C. Snyder to adjourn executive session and reopen regular meeting at 6:40 pm.

Discussion took place on fencing, the fence by the new parking lot is falling apart. Dave Dexter will get some pricing on this.

The chain link fence around four wars cemetery also needs replacing.

Dave will get bid from BD fencing, NY fencing and cooks fencing as we will need three bids. All bids are sealed bids and due no later than June 10th. We have a right to refuse any and all bids.

Judy is going to check into grants for salt shed.

Discussion took place on new ordinances for the planning board. Wording needs to be changed and updated. They will need to meet with Herkimer County planning board to do this.

Questions were asked if payment scheduled for building permit and cell towers were clearly stated, Frank stated that they are. Cell towers are $10,000.00 modifications are $1,500.00
