Public Hearing for proposed Zoning Ordinance

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Newport will conduct a public hearing on 10/19/23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Newport Town Offices, located at 2788 Newport Road, Newport, New York, to consider adoption of a new Town of Newport Zoning Ordinance.  Copies of the proposed Zoning Ordinance are available on the town website and in person at the Newport Town Offices.

At the aforesaid public hearing, the Newport Town Board will consider public response.  Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so and will be heard.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board before or at the hearing.
